The Honourable Minister Of Communications,And Digital Economy Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim has advised Nigerians to take advantage of Government’s invitation of getting actively involved in creating a brand and other elements for the celebration of the Country’s diamond jubilee .
The Minister in a press Statement said,to celebrate Nigeria’s Diamond Jubilee, the Federal Government under the Leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari GCGR has approved an inclusive National Independence Celebration Programme in line with the COVID-19 Guidlines.
To ensure inclusiveness, the thematic and creative aspect of the event would be designed by Nigerians For Nigeria.
The Theme for the 2020 Diamond Independence Anniversary Celebration is “TOGETHER @60”
The theme is in line with the Popular saying that Unity is Power
According to the Minister in his press Statement “We are as strong As we are United,As weak As we are Divided”.
The Federal Government is also calling on Nigerians To use the Opportunity of the Brand Creation to harness the power of our creative Minds And to celebrate our Strength as an indivisible Country.
The Sub Committee Of the inter Ministerial Committee Came up with the challenge in which they are looking for Talented Critical Thinking And Creative Individuals or Team to Produce the Slogans, photographs And Poem for Nigerians to mark the country’s 60th Anniversary from 1st October to 30th December 2021.

The Best Brand And Concept will be presented to His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR And will be used in Celebrating Nigeria’s 60th Anniversary.
The Winner apart from Participating in the epoch making event will also receive prizes.
On the 1st of October 2020,Nigeria will be celebrating it’s Diamond Jubilee as it turns 60.
