Many People have Sustained Different Degrees of Injuries And Seven Dead following the collapse of another building under construction in Obalende Area of Lagos on Sunday Evening 11th October 2020.
From eye witness Account, the casting of the third floor of the building at no 60 Odo street, Obalende area of Lagos when It suddenly caved in .
While some of the workers were busy working some others were said to be relaxing at the site when the incident occurred.
The injured have been taken to nearby hospitals for further treatment.
This is the second times within seven days that Many People would loose their lives as a result of Building collapse and Gas Explosion.
Preliminary investigation in the ongoing search and rescue operation by emergency responders revealed that the collapsed building had earlier been sealed by the Lagos State Building Control Agency, LASBCA, for obvious reasons of contravention but the owner of the structure commenced clandestine operations in the wee hours of Sunday, which resulted to the unfortunate incident.
Those injured have been taken to a nearby hospitals for treatment.
