This is to inform the public that Phase 1 of the COVID vaccination has been extended for 2weeks by the Lagos State Government in line with the directives of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency.
Extension Date: Monday 10/5/21 to Friday 21/5/21(Sat 15th & Sunday 16th May inclusive)
Eligible Age: Everyone from 18years and above.
(below 18years are not eligible pls)
Venue: Vaccination is taking place in 13LGAs only as listed below.
