Students of Mass Communication Department, Ofa Polytechnic Lens Kwara State including their Lecturers have taken to the streets to Protest vote buying it n the Nigeria Electoral System .
According To Them,Ignorance, poverty and lack of vision remain the root cause of vote buying which has come to define electoral process in Nigeria,They noted that if the trend is not checked, could create serious credibility problems for the nation’s electoral process and set backs for Nigeria’s democracy.
The just Concluded primaries of the two leading political parties PDP and APC and the elections in Osun and Ekiti states are was a quick reference for Them.
