Nigeria medical Association Oyo state branch have called on the federal government to declare state of emergency on Nigeria health sector, lamenting the current situation as frustrating period for for Nigerian Doctors.
The Oyo NMA chairman Dr Ayotunde James who was speaking at a conference with the theme. “National Authority Act- The Sound Bites., Said doctor are no longer happy because of poor working conditions.

He also berated health infrastructures, brain drain, hazard that the doctors are exposed to daily and delay in promotion of personnel.
According to Doctor Ayotunde, ASUU’s fight is genuine and all Nigerians must give them support.
