Lagos State Police Command on Sunday arrested two yoruba nation agitators
The agitators who were fifteen in number according to the Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, stormed the Alausa Police station in the early hours of Sunday chanting ‘Yoruba nation has taken over’, injuring some police officers who attempted to disperse them.
Hundeyin who said the suspects were arrested with charms, dangerous weapons and offensive badges bearing Yoruba nation army are currently assisting the police in ongoing investigations.
The Police Public Relations Hundeyin also stated that the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, Idowu Owohunwa, has deployed officers across the state to suppress any individual or group with the intentions to disrupt the security order in the state ahead of the inauguration today Monday.
