A family Court In Ibadan Oyo State has ordered the remand of Nigerian skitmaker Maruf Abdullahi Popularly known as Trinity Guy and Two Others Isiaka and Rofiat Ahmed at the Agodi correctional facility for alleged case of Sexual Assault
Trinity Guy who happen to be the Parent of the minor are to cool off in jail till August 3rd 2023 for sexually exploiting a 10 year girl an offence committed in the Kuola area of Ibadan on December 17, 2022.
The Content Creator whose pranks at times cross the line; had jokingly asked the underage girl a sensitive question about the Male Genital.
When the case came up for mention Tuesday July 11th 2023 Magistrate P.O Adetuyibi ordered the three defendants who are being arraigned on a two count charge of Conspiracy and Sexual Abuse of a minor remain in the Agodi correctional facility.
The offence contravenes the provisions of Section 35 (1) and punishable under Section 35 (2) of the Oyo State Child Rights Law 2006.
