Prosper in Your Mind
If you want to prosper in your circumstances, you have to first prosper in your mind. You have to give God permission to bless you. Are you thinking you’re stuck? Are you only looking at everything in the natural. You have to realize God is supernatural. He’s not having a down year. He’s not wondering how to cope with inflation, the price of houses, or a down economy. No, God owns it all, and He is your source. Be grateful for your job and income, but God is not dependent on them. He has provision that is beyond your salary, your training, and your experience. He’s not looking at your qualifications or talent. He’s looking at your heart. He sees how faithful you are, how you always keep Him first place, how you have a desire to help others, to build the kingdom, and to accomplish a dream that seems over your head. That’s when God will step in and open doors you never dreamed would open. He’ll bring resources and promotions that will thrust you further than you’ve ever imagined.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that I can leave behind any negative mindsets and make room for the increase You want to bring into my life. Thank You that this is a new day to break free from limitations. I declare that I am lengthening the cords and enlarging the place of my tent. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

When there were plagues and pestilences all over ancient Egypt because Pharaoh refused to let God’s people go, look at what God said about the children of Israel: “I will set apart the land of Goshen, in which My people dwell . . . I will make a difference between My people and your people.”

The Bible records that although Egypt was plagued by swarms of flies and other pestilences, the Israelites were safe in Goshen, completely untouched by the troubles!

Don’t be afraid when you hear or read of terrible diseases in the world. As God’s beloved child, you are in the world, but not of the world. And as the children of Israel were kept safe and protected in Goshen, so will the Lord keep you safe in the secret place of the Most High.
