26/01/24

Credit FEMI OYEWALE

There is a saying that a dog that wants to get lost will never hear the masters whistle , this is exactly what happened to FUNKE ASHEKUN , because I wrote several articles about her pursuit that were based on phony tales, asking her to desist from her SELF DESTRUCTIVE path.

Just to refresh your mind this is one of the persons that granted an interview in Maureen Badejo’s YouTube adventure that ended up in the gallows a few years ago, before she started her own Facebook and YouTube journey with charade of lies.

From our investigations we gathered that during yesterdays proceedings, the 25th of January , the Rage, the total hatred , the anger exhumed , Her contradiction of self, Her lack of empathy, Her lack of gratitude and complete disregard for Yesterdays Opportunity was a Bit Scary and unreal, and this show of shame can either be due to chronic satanic possession or acidic insanity, find below over 25 LIES FUNKE ASHEKUN TOLD IN COURT.

9. She is filing for asylum in the USA after her whole family consisting of her husband, 4 children and her mother went on visiting visa that will expire soon.

10. Her only evidence she brought to court was the recent TB Joshua’s documentary which was thrown out by the court

11. She lied that the Pharoah she is referring to in her broadcast is all the GOs in Nigeria and not any particular pastor
12. She lied that she did not talk about mfm to Maureen Badejo. She got silenced in court when MFM lawyer played the video

13. She lied that her new book is not about mountain of fire yet she mentioned Makoko. A place where Dr Olukoya was a pastor.

20. She lied that her story about virginity test is imaginative.

21. She lied that her life was in danger and that Dr Olukoya was after her life.

22.She lied that she didn’t sign the discovery papers even when her name, signature and date are on the document shown to her

23. She lied that she couldn’t afford a lawyer because she was in debt, but in her opening statement, she said she fired her lawyer because of a red flag, meaning she couldn’t handle the truth that her own lawyer initiated .

23.She lied that the Nigerian justice system is corrupt and don’t give justice to victims of fake pastors and in the same breath she mentioned a pastor in Nigeria that set his member on fire who was given a life sentence and in Jail now.

25. She painted all churches and all pastors in Africa as criminals, predators and evil doers, who assault member and steal their monies

26. She added that carrying false information without evidence, mud slinging and tarnishing of images of MFM is her life mission, her destiny and the court should not stop it

27.She lied that MFM is trying to tarnish her image, reputation and liberation struggle, while she was the one doing her best to slander the church even at one point, saying its her mission to close down all MFM churches worldwide.

It is a shame that someone calling herself a believer and claiming that God asked her to expose Mountain of fire and miracles ministries MFM, will walk so deep in the path of the devil by telling bare and so many outrageous lies in court

BLOOD DONATION AWARENESS MOUTH : LAGOS STATE BLOOD TRANSFUSION SERVICE ENCOURAGES VOLUNTARY DONATION

LAGOS BLOOD TRANSFUSION SERVICE PROMOTES BLOOD DONATION

….Commemorates 2024 Blood Donations Awareness Month with Donor Drive

Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Blood Transfusion Service (LSBTS), Dr. Bodunrin Osikomaiya has underscored the crucial importance of blood donation, outlining the LSBTS mission to ensure the provision of safe blood through voluntary contributions, meticulous screening, efficient processing, and robust regulatory measures against quackery.

Speaking at a Blood Donation Awareness Drive held at Marina and Eko-Idumota on Lagos Island, marking the commemoration of the 2024 Blood Donation Awareness Month, Dr. Osikomaiya disclosed that January has been dedicated to raising awareness about the need for blood donation.

She said: “This strategic initiative aims to appreciate existing donors, raise awareness, educate the public on the impact of their contributions, dispel myths, and combat the persistent decline in blood donations and shortages in blood products.

“As the New Year unfolds, January symbolizes a time of fresh resolutions for many, signifying a commitment to saving lives and positively impacting personal health. Unfortunately, the blood donation rate for January 2024 in Lagos State has seen a disheartening drop of over 55%, attributed to factors such as post-holiday effects, seasonal respiratory illnesses intensified by harsh harmattan weather, and religious activities like fasting.”

Dr. Osikomaiya emphasized the constant need for blood and blood products to support various medical treatments, surgeries, emergencies, and conditions such as sickle cell disorder and chronic renal failure. Residents were urged to recognize this ongoing need and encourage potential donors to become regular contributors.

Under the theme “YOU ARE SOMEBODY’S TYPE, DONATE BLOOD. BLOOD!!!”, the blood donation awareness campaign highlights the universal importance of all blood groups—A, B, AB, O, with either Rhesus Negative or Positive—in saving lives.

Dr. Osikomaiya passionately implored all Nigerians to join this noble initiative, embracing the spirit of giving and compassion by contributing to blood banks. The donation process, she assured, is simple, safe, and relatively quick, involving a health assessment before donating whole blood or specific blood components like plasma or platelets using automated apheresis technology.

She explained that the choice of Marina and Eko-Idumota for the blood donation awareness was strategic due to its proximity to the LSBTS voluntary donation center at the General Hospital Lagos and four other blood donation clinics in state health facilities around that axis.

The drive, she said, aimed to reach a diverse audience accessing formal and informal organizations, as well as the vibrant markets.

Beyond blood donation, Dr. Osikomaiya encouraged individuals to contribute to the cause by sharing information on social media, participating in community events, or organizing blood donation drives in communities, schools, and workplaces.

Chairman Lagos State Health Service Commission, Dr. Atinuke Onayiga, who also joined the awareness campaign train, lends her voice to advocate regular voluntary non-remunerated blood donation, arguing that it benefits society, ensuring a stable and safe blood supply.

She added that voluntary non-remunerated blood donation reduces the risk of transmitting infections through blood, promotes community solidarity, and saves lives by providing vital blood components for medical treatments and emergencies.

Onayiga urged both residents and citizens to view voluntary blood donation as a patriotic duty, emphasizing its role in meeting the increasing blood demands of Lagos and Nigeria.

The event marked a continuation of the LSBTS’s commitment to raising awareness about voluntary blood donation.

GOSPEL CORNER: BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD I AM WHAT I AM, AND HIS GRACE TO ME WAS NOT WITHOUT EFFECT.1 CORINTHIANS 15:10, NIV

26/01/24

JOEL OSTEEN MINISTRIES
TODAY’S WORD

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect.
1 Corinthians 15:10, NIV

THE FREE YOU
Today, life is going to try to put impatience, jealousy, compromise, and bad breaks on you to keep the true you, the person God created you to be, from coming out. The good news is that God is going to keep working on you, making and molding you until the true you comes out—the free you, the blessed you, the patient you, the victorious you. By His grace, God specializes in removing everything that’s not the true you.

I don’t know if you have ever experienced God’s love, but my desire is that TODAY you will catch a revelation of His love for you in a deep and personal way. And as His love floods your heart, I pray that every fear that has you bound will forever be cast out of your life.

Now, you need to get in agreement with God and see the free you, not the defeated you, the depressed you, the hurt you. It’s easy to carry bad breaks, hurts, shame, and feel unworthy of being blessed. Don’t believe those lies. What people did to you didn’t stop the true you. The anger and bitterness are not the true you. The true you is peaceful, loving, and kind. The true you is about to come out. What’s holding you back is being broken. The shame is being removed. You’re about to step into favor, freedom, restoration, and become the masterpiece He says you are.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
“Father, thank You that my life is in Your hands—not just my strengths and gifts, but my weaknesses and shortcomings. Thank You that You are removing everything that is not the true me. I declare that by Your grace I am on the way to becoming the masterpiece You say I am. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Fear is a destructive bondage. Fear paralyzes you and prevents you from fulfilling the amazing destiny that God has for you. Fear makes you feel inadequate and insecure, and comes with unhealthy side effects ranging from panic attacks to sleep disorders.

Fear is irrational. Fear is a spiritual condition, which is why you can’t reason fear away. You can’t simply tell someone who is struggling with fear and gripped by panic attacks to just stop being fearful. A spiritual condition cannot be remedied naturally. Fear can be eradicated only by a personal encounter with the person of Jesus.

Beloved, if what I just described about fear is all too familiar to you, I want you to know that it is not your heavenly Father’s heart for you to live tormented by fear. There is no fear in God’s love. His perfect love drives out all fears.

John 3:16 tells us, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

Oh, how clearly this verse proclaims that God SO loves you. And if you only knew how much He esteems and treasures His beloved Son, you would catch a glimpse of how much He loves you, because He gave up His Son for you.

That is why I preach and write about the gospel of grace. The gospel of grace is all about unveiling God’s perfect love—a love whose length and depth and height were demonstrated at the cross.

A love that gave up the Son of God as a sacrifice. A love that bore your sins and mine, so that we can receive His everlasting life and live free of any bondage.

My friend, the more you immerse and anchor your heart on God’s perfect and unconditional love for you, the more fear will lose its hold on your life!

GOSPEL CORNER: COLD. LONELY. FRIGHTENING. ABYSMAL. IN THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, WE BATTLE WITH HOPELESSNESS AND THE FEAR OF BEING ABANDONED.

TODAY’S WORD

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1, NKJV

WHEN YOU CAN’T SEE IT
When we see God’s favor—doors opening, our health improving, the right people showing up—it’s easy to believe that He’s at work. But sometimes when we’re praying and believing, there’s no sign that it’s going to happen. Every circumstance says, “There’s no way.” It’s easy to get discouraged and give up on what we’re believing for. We think, “God, just give me a sign that it’s improving.”

But faith is the evidence of things not seen. If you have the evidence and can see it, that doesn’t take any faith. To reach your destiny, there will be times when there is no evidence and you have to dig down deep and say, “I don’t have to have the evidence. I’m not moved by what I see; I’m moved by what I know. And God, I know that You are faithful to what You promised.” Don’t believe the lie that just because you don’t see a sign, God is not working. In the unseen realm, God is arranging things in your favor, lining up the healing, the right people, the promotion.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that You are my God and that my faith is rooted in who You are and not based on what I see. Thank You that I can be free from trying to figure everything out on my own. I declare that I do not need signs to know that You are working and will provide whatever I need. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

SECTION TWO

Cold. Lonely. Frightening. Abysmal. In the valley of the shadow of death, we battle with hopelessness and the fear of being abandoned.

But see how Jesus, our good shepherd, watches over and delivers us even though we walk—not by His leading—into the valley of the shadow of death. In that valley, He is still with us.

He is not with us to say, “I told you so.” He is not standing there, with arms folded, to see how we will get out of the trouble we got ourselves into. No, He is with us to protect and deliver us with His rod and staff from the evil one.

Beloved, Jesus is a shepherd whose tender heart toward you will never allow Him to forsake you when you need Him the most. See Him with you protecting you, delivering you from death, and bringing you safely through every season of darkness.

GOSPEL CORNER : DO NOT BE ANXIOUS ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT IN EVERY SITUATION, BY PRAYER AND PETITION, WITH THANKSGIVING, PRESENT YOUR REQUESTS TO GOD.

24/01/24

JOEL OSTEEN MINISTRIES
TODAY’S WORD

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6–7, NIV

Your Mind Is the Bull’s-eye
No matter how long you walk in the faith, you’ll never get to the place where negative, discouraging thoughts don’t come. “You’ll never recover your health, never pay off your house, never see that relationship restored.” The enemy’s main tools are deception and lies, and your mind is the bull’s-eye of his target. If he can control your thinking, he can control your life. You can’t stop negative thoughts from coming, but you don’t have to keep thinking about them.

That’s why the Scripture tells us to guard our minds, to be selective in what we allow in. If the thought is negative, discouraging, and brings in worry or fear, don’t let it in. Don’t dwell on it. Too often we just allow these negative thoughts access and go around worried, discouraged, and intimidated. Start paying attention to what you’re dwelling on. Ask yourself, where is this thought coming from? If it’s not positive, hopeful, and encouraging, it’s not from God. That’s the enemy trying to plant negative seeds. Take control of the doorway to your mind and refuse to dwell on it.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that I can take control of the doorway to my mind and stop allowing negative thoughts to enter and play over and over. Help me to clear out all the negative thoughts from my mind and dwell on what You have to say about me. May Your peace guard my heart and mind. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

SECTION TWO

While it’s true that we live in dangerous times, I want you to know this: We have our Abba’s promise that we can live safe, secure, and protected no matter what turmoil may be around us. Our heavenly Father does not want His children partaking of the fear that has invaded the hearts of people of the world.

In fact, He wants every trace of fear to be expelled from your heart, knowing that He has set you apart, and that He who watches over you never slumbers nor sleeps! When fear comes knocking, let God’s promises of protection fill your heart, mind, and mouth, and the God of peace, our Jehovah Shalom, will come into and move in your situation!

Our Lord Jesus desires to have an intimate relationship with us and He loves it when we acknowledge our need for Him. He loves it when we allow Him to hide us under the shadow of His wings, close to His heart of love.

The prayer of protection is not some magical chant or incantation that grants us protection. Our protection in the Lord is all about us being intimate with and close to Him.

As you involve Him in your day-to-day life, you will see Him lead you by His wisdom and protect you from making unwise decisions. And I pray that you will see His protection manifested more and more as you grow in your revelation of how deeply loved you are by the Lord, who protects like no other.

I am so grateful to the precious people who take the time to write to me to share the amazing stories of how the Lord has watched over them and their loved ones. My friend, God is no respecter of persons, and I believe that as you keep establishing your heart on the word of grace, as you keep hearing testimonies of His goodness, you will also experience miracles of deliverance, protection, and healing in your life. Whatever weapon the enemy may have fashioned against you, it will not prosper!

Today, as you put your trust in the Lord, I pray that you will experience not just His divine protection in a greater measure, but every blessing that the Lord Jesus has purchased for you on the cross of Calvary. Beloved, as we garrison our hearts with the truths and promises of Psalm 91, I pray that we will truly live confidently and fearlessly in these dangerous times.

GOSPEL CORNER: ONE OF THE SADDEST THINGS ABOUT A MAN WHO TRUSTS IN HIS STRENGTHS AND SELF-EFFORTS—”WHO . . . MAKES FLESH HIS STRENGTH”—IS THAT HE CANNOT SEE GOOD WHEN IT COMES HIS WAY.

23/01/24

One of the saddest things about a man who trusts in his strengths and self-efforts—”who . . . makes flesh his strength”—is that he cannot see good when it comes his way.

As a pastor, I have seen, down through the years, people who don’t put their trust in the Lord when it comes to their marriages, finances, and other areas of weakness. They are determined to trust in their own efforts, and tend to be rather arrogant and frustrated with the people around them.

Many a time, when you observe people like that, you realize that they cannot see the good things that are right under their noses. They don’t appreciate their spouses, neglect their children, and even when other blessings come their way, they miss them!

Why is it that they can’t see good when it comes? It is because people who trust in their own efforts have no ability to see and receive blessings from the Lord. They only believe in the “good” that can come from their own efforts. That is why they are proud.

You would probably notice that such people don’t say “thank you” very often to the people around them. They feel like they are entitled to and deserve whatever they receive. They are rarely grateful or appreciative, and that is why they take their spouses for granted instead of seeing them as a blessing from the Lord.

In contrast, people who are living under grace and who trust in the Lord’s unmerited favor are constantly thankful, praising God, and giving thanks to Jesus. They are grateful and appreciative of the people around them.

When I was still a bachelor, I had an idea of the kind of wife I wanted and brought my request to the Lord. But you know what? He over-answered my prayer and gave me Wendy! I am truly grateful to the Lord for Wendy and I know that it is the unmerited favor of Jesus.

When I look at my daughter Jessica, I know that I don’t deserve such a beautiful daughter, and yet the Lord gave this precious girl to me. You see, my friend, I did nothing to deserve it, but the Lord blessed me with an amazing family.

When you live under grace, you can truly enjoy the blessings around you because you know that they are undeserved. Look at the family, friends, and other blessings that God has given you today. See how He has blessed you with them because He loves you. And when you see them as blessings, they will enrich your life (Prov. 10:22)!
