UNDERSTANDING THE SCHOOL OF MARRIAGE …By Pastor Lanre Adewoye MFM Solution Zonal Assembly, Lagos

Bible Verses

Genesis 2 Verse 24M

1st Corinthians 13 Verse 11

1st Corinthians 11 Verse 3

PRAISE & WORSHIP SESSION

MESSAGE MINISTRATION:

Genesis 2:24 : Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Marriage Is An Institution Of Learning just like we go to School to learn

An Institution where a man leaves his father and his Mother to become one flesh with a woman for a different family,a different background entirely.

To make this kind of union work,Couples must avoid certain mistakes.

* You must not Compare Your Spouse With your Parents or Someone else

* For You To Become One with your spouse,You must understand yourselves. You must understand who your Partner is,Where he or she is coming from.

Never Expect your Partner to think the same way like you,Let her be herself

* In The School Of Marriage, Forgiveness is a must because offences must come,so you have to learn to overlook mistakes.

Couples can quarrel and have misunderstanding, and even say nasty things to each other, this does not mean that they don’t love each other, but where it goes wrong is when they begin to bear grudges

1 Corinthians 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

Many Couples are still childish in marriage.

*To avoid Conflict in Marriage, accept when you are wrong and make amends,it doesn’t take away anything away from you. Apologizing to your spouse does not make you a fool.

* Avoid Arguments with your Partner, nobody wins a medal for better argument with his or her Spouse.

* In marriage, when there is no money, some People especially women can mistake it that their husbands does not love them. Marriage is not about Money, although it can be a means to express love to p provide the necessary things for their Home .

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

From the above scripture,we understand that the head of a woman is her husband,so in marriage,if you do not give the headship Position to your Husband, You are going to fail.

One Major Thing a man needs from a woman is respect and not Sex because he can go elsewhere to have sex.

An example of how men value respect from a woman is demonstrated in the story of Queen Vashti in the book of Esther who was replaced by another Woman Queen Esther for snubbing the King when she was called Upon.

Esther 1:15 “What shall we do unto the queen Vashti according to law, because she hath not performed the commandment of the king Ahasuerus by the chamberlains?

1:17 For this deed of the queen shall come abroad unto all women, so that they shall despise their husbands in their eyes, when it shall be reported, The king Ahasuerus commanded Vashti the queen to be brought in before him, but she came not.

1:18 Likewise shall the ladies of Persia and Media say this day unto all the king’s princes, which have heard of the deed of the queen. Thus shall there arise too much contempt and wrath.

1:19 If it please the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered, That Vashti come no more before king Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal estate unto another that is better than she”

A Man is the head to watch over his family, Provide for them and Bless them with his mouth Always .

As The Head of the home,a man must be able to perceive things of the Spirit

Do You Respect Your Husband? Men do you give Honor to your wives?

*Another Thing Women must do to avoid Conflict in the Home is To Pay Attention to their Husband’s feeding.

Every Man Loves Food.Don’t Starve Your Husband,When you allow your Husband to go hungry and look for food elsewhere, you will share from whatever consequences that comes out of it.

* Love must be Missing in your home and Communication. Pay Attention to whatever your Partner has to say, Especially women who love details.Do not let love Deminish from Your Marriage. Do not let Your Children take the place of your Spouse because they will leave you some day to be on their own

* There will be time For Financial Crisis, Health Challenges and Others,At this point you must remember your marital vows.

Alot of people do not understand the seriousness or weight of the marital vows they made on their wedding day.

Are you keeping to your marital vows? Can you as a man or Woman say that no other Person has seen your nakedness since you got married?

If you are found wanting in this regard, there is room for repentance. Remember that God is watching us. Whatever you are doing , if can hide it from your Spouse, You can not hide it from God who watches the affairs of men.

*Marriage is sweet, Appreciate your Partner, especially men tell your wife how much you love them

Some people use to say if you tell a woman you love her she will begin to misbehave . When you say it , you are enforcing it and it will help your marriage.

I pray for you,any marriage that the devil has taken over ,by the word of the living God, Heaven will restore the joy of that marriage today.

Every Marriage going through hard times, may heaven Arise and deliver such marriage in Jesus Name.

Lord I bring Every Marriage before you Today, Forgive them in any area that they are lacking

PRAYER POINTS

(1) Any Strange Spirit in me working against my Spouse,Come Out And Die in the Name of Jesus.

(2) Any Negative Spirit using my body to torment my Spouse, come out and die

(3) Powers Claiming Ownership Over my marriage, loose your hold and die

4) Any One Born Of A Woman that says my marriage will not stand, die in the name of Jesus.

19/ 02/2023

Shina J.O

Some Muslim Women have Cried out In Cross River Over Scarcity of New Currency .

The Women under the Federation of Muslim Women’s Association of Nigeria FOMWAN in Cross River State, urged the federal government and the Central Bank of Nigeria to act fast in the interest of the masses over scarcity of money so that small scale business owners can to continue their businesses.

Chairperson of the Muslim Women Organisation in the State, Hajia Lateefah Yahaya Idinye made the call during a Muslim advocacy group event tagged ,”The Companion” in Calabar in Collaboration with FOMWAN.

She said despite their advocacy to Muslim women, the new naira scarcity seems to have defied all solutions, foisting hardships on ordinary citizens due to scarcity of new naira notes of all denominations in Cross River State.

The programme was organised to find a common ground to the reign in confusion in many states, as businesses rejected old naira notes while the new notes were unavailable.

Meanwhile, the masses in other states of the federation have continued to suffer from the scarcity of the new Naira notes. Even the #200 notes that the President asked CBN to push into Circulation is still not available to many.

The Chairman, South-West Governors’ Forum and Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, has lambasted the policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria to redesign some currency notes in the country.

Akeredolu, in a statement tiled “Mr President Should Halt This Seamless Drift” which he personally signed on Saturday, said the crises engendered by the policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria to redesign some currency notes threaten to disrupt, not only the forthcoming general elections, but that the increasing gale of violence sweeping through the country, portend serious danger to the current democratic governance.

He stressed that the failed policy of the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, has subjected the whole country to groan and immeasurable agony at present.

The Governor, therefore, appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari, to play the role of a Statesman at this crucial moment.

“The events of the past days, culminating in the intervention of the apex court in the land, and the increasing gale of violence sweeping through the country, portend serious danger to the current democratic governance. Consequently, this period invites all patriots to speak out with a view to proffering practicable solutions and not project cheap partisan interests.

“I seize this opportunity to appeal to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, to play the role of a Statesman at this crucial moment. It is apparent that the crises, which the current policy on currency swap has created, continue to spiral menacingly.

UPDATE ON NAIRA SWAP : SEE CBN POSITION ON RUMOURS OF COLLECTION OF OLD #500 & #1000 FROM CUSTOMERS

18/02/23

SHINA J.O

Bank customers Trooped Out In Large Numbers to the Central Bank Of Nigeria office in Lagos Friday to make deposit of their old five hundred and one thousand naira notes .

The Situation eventually got out of Control when the crowd could not be managed by the concerned authorities.

CBN has come out with a circular to confirm that they have not authorized such

The rejection of old Naira Notes and refusal by motorists and other business operators have sparked off reactions and riots in some states across the Country in the last few days.

On Friday, the situation got more serious in Lagos and neighboring Ogun State when Commutters got stranded at various bus stops creating an avenue for lawlessness to prevail.

Presidency Denies Rumours Of Interim Government,Saysb Elections will hold,

18/0223

PRESS RELEASE

SHINA J.O

The Presidency says there are no plans by President Muhammadu Buhari to extend his government beyond May 29, 2023, or install an interim government.

Senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity garba shehu stated this in statement issued on Friday.

He said :“Let us clearly, specifically and emphatically state that there is absolutely no truth to the claim that President Muhammadu Buhari is working towards an interim government or even worse, the truncation of democracy- democracy that he has helped to keep alive not only here at home, in West Africa but throughout the continent,”

… Pls Check Here For More About Daranetworktv, like & Subscriber to us.
https://youtu.be/8cGFDuvhMIE

According to Shehu, the talk of an interim government and truncation of democracy is way off the mark.

He explained that those who peddle it stand to gain nothing—nothing at all—but the creation of panic and the incitement of the publicl against the federal government,”

It described the narrative as a dangerous dimension by “people who are afraid that they may lose their elections.”

The statement added “Everybody is aware that there is a lot of pressure on everyone-all of us- the party, its elected officials, its candidates and law enforcement agencies following the way the currency swap has gone but the way to go is not to panic”

There is indeed a problem and nobody will pretend that it doesn’t exist.

It is precisely because the President is concerned with this problem that he opened several avenues for consultation with leaders and groups across the country, culminating in his broadcast to the nation on Thursday morning.

In line with the speech, his clear and unequivocal directive is that the problem of cash supply must be addressed without delay.

While this is being done, there is no need to panic. We need to work together as leaders; as a people and as one nation. When panic hits, people go into overdrive. Shouting helps no one because no one can listen.

The solution to the problem is not in sending Nigerians into confusion.

Elections, just a week ahead, will hold and Nigerians will vote for the All Progressives Congress, APC, (and any others if they so wish) on the basis of their choice.

Our people want progress, good governance, law and order and will not be swayed by the negative energy that is being expended against a well-meaning currency change.

Finally, to state that: the President clearly has a favoured successor in Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, is not in doubt.

The fact that Tinubu has been opposed to the speed and timing of the Naira swap timetable does not mean he is against the idea of Nigeria becoming a cashless society. Of course, Tinubu does support a cashless society: for he is a man of the future.

What should be made crystal clear to the doubters and the speculators and the untruth-tellers is that in no way was the naira swap “engineered” to keep the President in office beyond May 29. Nothing could be further from the truth.

The President looks forward to handing over the reins of power to his elected successor. This will happen on May 29, 2023 as the Constitution requires it.

The days of unelected Nigerian leaders, and those who outstay their welcome by unconstitutionally extending it, have gone.
