NIGERIA GOVERNORS’ FORUM CONCERNED ABOUT BRAIN DRAIN

PRESS RELEASE

The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), has expressed worry over the Increasing Number of Medical Doctors seeking greener pastures abroad to the detriment of their country.

Chairman of the Forum, Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal who disclosed this when he paid the minister of health, a courtesy visit in Abuja. urged the federal government to ramp up drive for the realization of the 25 percent needed to ensure universal healthcare coverage for all Nigerians under the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund (BHCPF).

According to him, although the Governors are desirous of building a resilient healthcare platform committed to routine immunization and total eradication of polio, in collaboration with global and local partners, their efforts will come to naught if the alarming trend continues unchecked.

While commending the federal government for the initiative of setting up the BHCPF, the Governor noted that it is important that the momentum of making the fund realizable is not slowed down.

He assured the apex government and the Federal Ministry Of Health of transparency and accountability in the management of the fund by states, pointing out that its disbursement by the Forum will be based on the performance of the recipient states.

According to the NGF Chairman, health remains our priority, as Governors, with a focus on building a resilient healthcare platform committed to routine immunization and total eradication of polio in the country.

In his remarks, the minister of health, Dr Osagie Ehanire, corroborated the Governor on the issue of brain drain, noting that 3000 medical doctors graduate annually in the country.

Out of this number, he added, 1000 leave the country every year.

He, however, said the federal government has been trying to create more space to employ these personnel despite demands for higher remuneration.

LAGOS STATE CALLS FOR STRATEGIC COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS AGAINST BREAST CANCER …Holds Awareness Walk to Commemorate Pink October

01/11/2022

Lagos State Government has called for strategic collaborative efforts; including raising necessary awareness; sensitizing the populace; raising funds to help support life-saving treatment services, research, life-changing support and rehabilitation amongst all stakeholders in the fight against Breast Cancer.

Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Health, Dr. Olusegun Ogboye who disclosed this today during a Road Awareness Walk organized by the Ministry of Health in partnership with a global healthcare company, Novartis, to wrap up the Y2022 Pink October Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Lagos State noted that the fight against breast cancer requires the collective efforts of all galvanizing into awareness and action.

In his words: “We are all therefore saddled with the responsibility to contribute towards the goal to get as many people as possible involved in raising awareness of the need to fight this disease in any way we can such as sensitization of the populace, raising funds to help support life-saving treatment services, research and life-changing support and rehabilitation”.

Dr. Ogboye explained that the Y2022 Pink October Road Awareness and Sensitization Walk is geared towards inspiring residents to join the fight against the disease by helping to spread knowledge and create necessary awareness that would prompt citizens to take positive action against breast cancer.

The Permanent Secretary noted that the majority of deaths from breast cancer occur in low- and middle-income countries, where most women with breast cancer are diagnosed in late stages due mainly to lack of awareness of the disease, late detection, poor health seeking behaviors and barriers to health services.

He said: “Currently there is not sufficient knowledge on the causes of breast cancer, therefore, early detection of the disease remains the cornerstone of an effective control. When breast cancer is detected early.

detected early, and if adequate diagnosis and treatment are available, there is a good chance that it can be cured. If detected late, however, curative treatment is often no longer an option.

“It is therefore very essential that we continue to inform ourselves about cancers and the fact that every single person has the ability to make a difference; be it large or small, and also that together we can make real progress in reducing the global impact of cancer, create a cancer-free world and prevent millions of deaths each year”.

Dr. Ogboye disclosed that the Lagos State Government is currently strengthening Oncology Services adding that an Oncology Centre is being proposed to ensure the best and most modern methods of diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer.

He encouraged women to take advantage of the free Breast Cancer Screening facilities provided by the State Government at 60 designated public health facilities in the State to get their breast examined, noting that seeking help early is always better, cheaper and less stressful than curative measures.

“I want to remind and encourage our women to utilize the free breast and cervical screening services that are available in our public health facilities. Let us all remember to adopt a healthy and safe lifestyle, ensure we go for regular screening as at when due and seek medical help early.

“Breast cancer touches all of us in some way so let’s unite together and promote awareness, especially as we know that anything that affects the woman shakes the foundation of the

household and the society at large”, Ogboye said.

Speaking in the same vein, the Director Disease Control, Ministry of Health, Dr. Rotimi Agbolagorite explained that the breast cancer awareness month tagged “Pink October” is targeted at creating awareness in the community and also increasing the level of education of the people about breast cancer and making sure women learn how to perform self-breast examination.

Dr. Agbolagoriite advised women to always take note of their breasts and seek help immediately when they notice any change in the structure of their breast tissue, lump or any skin color change on the breast area especially around the areolae.

“And the message is that as long as, or as much as you notice any change in the architecture or the structure of your breast tissue, or you notice any swelling or any lump or any skin color change on your breast area, make sure you visit the nearest hospital to have yourself clinically assessed and evaluated. And if cancer is diagnosed, you will be managed promptly by the medical experts”, he said.

Lagos State Cancer Control Program Coordinator, Dr. Abosede Wellington stated that Breast cancer is the leading cancer in women adding that one in seven women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

She noted that the Lagos State Government through the Cancer Awareness Control Program is intensifying efforts aimed at creating awareness, improving access to diagnosis and treatment services for breast cancer.

“We have embarked on an integrated approach for breast cancer control focusing on public health education, enlightenment and awareness as well as increasing access to breast cancer screening and treatment services for women. We need more hands on deck to take care of the issue of cancer, this is why the State government focuses so much more on screening and early diagnosis”, She said.

Ramble Voices By Livy-Elcon Emereonye

Ramble Voices By Livy-Elcon Emereonye

As humans, we are all alike but not the same. However the relationship, and under whatever circumstance, two people can never be the same. This commonality of difference, if well harnessed and appreciated, would bring about and promote unity in diversity otherwise it breeds fear and creates distrust and suspicion.

We are created for each other and one another and should live together for good and our collective advantages but in our togetherness, there might be elements of friction and wrangling that could lead to crises, in fighting, and possibly war. This, if not properly handled, would cause wastage and destruction.

For one reason or the other, some people have found causes to foment troubles. They thrive on mischief, destroying instead of building the world. This too attracts reactions with different voices.

With a kill and bury approach, Olive branches may be placed on red tapes. Playing out well written scripts, cosmetic attention may be given to things just to keep the people busy and divert attention. Amorphous offices may be created but without terms of reference just to deceive the masses. It is contradiction at its best to have a system of all motion without movement but a rape of emotional fecundity to destroy what is under one’s supervision and control. The man will suffer that bites the fingers that feed him. Fear such a character, and at best keep him at arm’s length. There will always be consequences.

To have a harmonious, peaceful life, endeavour to be at peace with Nature. Abhor, and shun, every form of injustice. Be tolerant and broad minded but most importantly endeavour to understand the season and the time to enable you to live within your means and boundaries. Tolerate and accommodate people but never force yourself on anybody or any situation. Know your limit. Be sensitive to your environment and you will not be carried away by ramble voices that deceive and lead the man of power astray.

It is the way of men to outwit others. Even the best of friends or partners work overtly or covertly, knowingly or unknowingly, to outsmart and outshine each other and one another. In doing this, many ploys or strategies would be deployed. Human beings are funny. Our true characters are often hidden especially when we have nothing at stake. In pretence, we can hide our real identities. Thus, the need for caution. Don’t be carried away by the cosmetic appearance meant to achieve a predetermined goal. Don’t be too loose and open to a fault no matter the condition. Preserve your life and hold tight the things you value. Protect your territory from invasion by enemies and friends. Be mindful and careful of the words you speak and use.

People are not who and what they claim to be. Perception may change on a close-up encounter, and things can change with a change of position. Those without a good shock absorber may be taken aback with a rude encounter. There are shameless opportunists who, like vultures, feed on carcasses. Being empty and hungry, they specialize in reaping where they did not sow but often end up like every other common criminal – their sins find them out.

There are people you would encounter and prefer to be alone and lonely. There are ingrates and gold diggers everywhere – and most of them are empty upstairs. They hang around, looking for whom to parasitize.

Whatever the case, anyone who plans to reap where he did not sow, will end up fetching water with a tattered basket, losing the little he had.

Don’t lose sleep when people gang up or gather against you. If your intention is altruistic and your hands are clean, their gathering will be of no effect so they will gather in vain, making the mistake that will advance your cause. The thought of you, and indeed your presence will always torment them.

Being human, you may feel bad when you see your territory being encroached or your work being taken over by meddlesome interlopers and shameless criminals that may come in the form of activists. Those with poverty of ideas will always look for ideas to steal to become relevant. Under disguise, they would want to attach themselves to you to create a scene and got noticed. When you see such, keep a distance. It is pure waste to glorify an idiot.

The world is big enough for everyone to live and do exploits but too big for an individual or group of people to manipulate. We live to die, and when we die, we leave the world and go with nothing so don’t be worried when people gather and device against you, and if they steal your project, dust yourself and come up with something better and bigger. You are better and richer than the one that steal from you. It is poverty that makes people to steal.

Without betrayal certain lessons will never be learned; without encountering pains conscious efforts will never be put in place to guide against a repeat. Some injuries are not only inevitable but necessity that must be courted. Scares will always remind one of the past and guide against a repeat. There is a reason for every encounter, and there is a lesson in every experience.

It is the way of a rational being to feel bad when betrayed, having along the urge to revenge and fight back, but this is not the best approach. Painfully as it may look, learn the lessons and move on. Vengeance is of the Lord. Anyone who steals your property will know no peace. Karma will surely visit. Nature will fight for you so beautify the scare for a memorial.

One of the beauties of scares is that they are good reminders of the past that serve as a guide for both the present and the future. To live to the full we need them. Mistakes make perfect but it pays not to repeat mistakes – costly mistakes. Learn as much as you can from other people’s mistakes but where it is inevitable, make the mistake and learn from your own experience. This is where the hard way becomes the best way. Some mistakes come with ramble voices but handled well, they can make one a better person.

If you are hunting for snake, be ready for eventual soup: if you kill the snake you will eat the snake pepper soup, and if you got beaten by the snake, you will take anti-snake pepper soup! In trying to climb the ladder of life, there may be multiple falls but don’t give up. Learn how best to convert obstacles to opportunities.

The end of a phase marks the beginning of yet another. Whatever the case, every new day is an opportunity to start all over again better, bigger and stronger, if only we have learned the lessons from the past – yesterday. With a teachable heart, the future can only glorious and great.

There are pearls in pains. However, the gains of pains can only be explored and enjoyed when we appreciate who we are and play our roles very well in the society regardless of ramble voices.

LAGOS TO HOST AFRICA CONTINENT DISCOURSE ON HEALTH SECURITY AND BIOLOGICAL THREAT

20/10/22

DANIELS G.O

PRESS RELEASE

LAGOS TO HOST AFRICA CONTINENT DISCOURSE ON HEALTH SECURITY AND BIOLOGICAL THREAT

In continuation of efforts to ensure that the Africa continent strengthens its health security to mitigate biological threats and consolidate on the gains made in tackling different emerging infectious diseases, the Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Health is partnering with a non-governmental organization, the Global Emerging Pathogens Treatment (GET) Consortium, to hold a three day discourse on One Health and Biosecurity, in Lagos Nigeria.

The Conference, titled the 8th African Conference on Health and Biosecurity, and themed: “Strengthening Health Security and Mitigating Biological Threats in Africa” is scheduled to hold at the Civic Centre, Lagos between Wednesday 2nd and Friday 4th November, 2022.

Giving details about the conference at a news briefing today, State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi said that the conference is the fourth in series of conferences organized by the Lagos State Government in partnership with GET, and the eight held around West Africa and the African continent by the consortium to help develop a biosecurity road map and increase Africa continent resilience towards building capacity to deal with pathogens of high consequence.

Abayomi who noted that the hosting of the conference in Lagos is significant, explained that Lagos State being low-line coastal city with high population density and a commercial hub in the sub Saharan Africa, is vulnerable to biological threats making it important for the State government to improve its preparedness against biological threats and build appropriate infrastructure manage and mitigate dangerous pathogens of high consequence.

In his words: “Lagos State government recognized early the need to improve preparedness against biological threats and this is why the State Government since 2015 has been collaborating with the GET consortium, World Health Organization, the United Nations, the ECOWAS through the West African Health Authority, the African Union and of course, the Federal government, the Nigerian Center for Disease Control and various donor agencies like the Gates Foundation.

“So hosting this conference in Lagos, indicates to us that the African think tank recognizes that Lagos is a significant location for discourse and action on biosecurity and one health paradigm. We’ve been working a assiduously with these organizations to build the appropriate infrastructure, train and improve the capacity of appropriate personnel to be able to manage dangerous pathogens such as Ebola, Lassa Fever, COVID, Yellow Fever, Marburg Fever and for any agent that is considered to be a pathogen of high consequence.”

The Commissioner disclosed that the conference will draw experts from different parts of the world to share their knowledge and expertise on biological threats, discuss the global phenomenon of rising incidence of outbreaks and pandemics due to the way in which the global environment is changing and as well as proffer solutions to other environmental health and global health issues.

“We have experts from around the world coming into Lagos to share their knowledge and expertise around biological threats, biosecurity and the WHO concept of one health, and Lagos has been a consistent supporter of the one health paradigm.

“I implore everybody to take note of date, the 2nd to 4th of November, register online and join us physically live at the Civic Centre or participate virtually as we are bringing in an extraordinary caliber of experts in to Lagos for three days to discuss the global phenomenon of rising incidence of outbreaks and pandemics” he said.

Abayomi noted that Lagos will be the chief recipient of the expertise that will be shared at the conference as the host adding that the State government will also use the opportunity of the conference to build collaboration that will help continue to strengthen the State biosecurity roadmap.

Speaking in the same vein, the Chief Operating Officer of GET Consortium, Dr. Ayodotun Bobadoye explained that over 400 participants from 30 different countries of the world is expected to participate at the conference the conference adding that the conference is an transdisciplinary conference that bring together different disciplines and different sources of knowledge to address emerging challenges in the area of health.

He noted that with the increase in frequency and intensity of biological threats in infectious disease in recent years, there is no better time to organize a conference to discuss mitigating biological threats than now.

“We are bringing together policymakers, scientists, the academia, non-governmental organizations, journalists, and security experts both within and outside the country to discuss how we can effectively mitigate the impact of emerging biosecurity threats especially on the continent of Africa.

It is a hope that at the end of his conference we will come up with a communique based on the strategies discussed at the conference, the side events and everything that we will be doing in three days that will effectively address how we can contribute to strengthen our health not just in Nigeria but also on the continent of Africa and how we can mitigate this particular biological threat that’s continually with us as a people, as a nation, and as a continent.”, He said.

Bobadoye averred that any government, whether at the National, Sub-National or Regional level must take the issue of biosecurity and one health seriously if it wants to experience peace and sustainable economic growth.

“It is very important for governments to take the issue of biosecurity very seriously and this is why we are so grateful to the Lagos State Government for collaborating with the GET consortium to organize this conference in the last three years. This is a conference that have been organized in different cities in Africa in the last eight years; this conference has been organized in Accra-Ghana, Freetown-Sierra Leone, Dakar-Senegal and in Abuja-Nigeria, and we are happy that in the last three years the government of Lagos State has collaborated with us to organize this conference in Lagos” He said.

Also speaking at the briefing, the Country Representative of World Health Organization (WHO) in Nigeria, Dr. Walter Kazadi Molumbo acknowledged that the conference will help operationalize WHO’s one health approach in preparing and strengthening Africa’s capacity to address health security.

He noted WHO is working hand in hand with the Nigeria government, and the Lagos State Government to transform approaches from preparedness, detection and response to outbreak exchange adding that the Director General of WHO has announced new strategies in supporting countries to prepare and respond to emergencies.

“WHO in the regional office, has launched three flagship programs; the first one addresses the capacity to prepare for emergencies; the second one addresses the capacity to detect early in order to respond in a timely fashion and the third one which is done in collaboration with Africa CDC, it’s about strengthening and utilizing the response group for emergencies. And Lagos State, understandably is one of the six pilot states to start that initiative.

“We want to work with Lagos and use Lagos example to scale up best practices, and from conference like this, I think we didn’t make a mistake by choosing Lagos alongside five other states and I’m happy that Lagos will be on track and contribute with the recommendation of this high-level events to the global economy when it comes to addressing emergency preparedness”, Molumbo said.

The society in search of a direction by Livy-Elcon Emereonye

The easiest way to learn is to learn from other people’s mistakes, the next is through the hard way, that is, personal experience. And the hard way is the best way, but when someone chooses not to learn, they will become indifferent, lose value and end up suffering from every direction at every given time and situation.

Every generation has its challenges, and every challenge needs unique attention. Every people have a peculiar representatives. The people will get the type of leader or ruler they deserve. The leader or the ruler is a reflection of the people and their value system.

No society can thrive on falsehood. No people can grow and develop through deception. Lie to others and you lie to yourself – and every lie brings about retrogression. Retrogression brings about pain, and every pain takes something away from the victim. The society is hellish that inflicts pains on its inhabitants.

If either by commission or omission but more out of indolence and indifference, a people is represented by self serving hypocrites, they will be kept reactionary in a state of continuous motion without movement by the same people who pretend to be with them and shoulder their burdens. In a classical dog eat dog style, this representative would stop at nothing to feed fat on them, and turn around to complain about the system. Instead of working for group interest, they strive for personal interests and serve their selfish agenda. While beating the drum of unionism, they will clandestinely kill and eat their members, clean their mouth and shout blue murder by the day, condemning cannibalism with every form of unprintable word. Don’t be deceived by anyone’s intelligent criminal acts. Don’t be carried away by well written and acted script meant to deceive the people and keep them down while the rot goes on unchecked. Emotional emptiness and the void thereof is what every emperor gives and continues to give his victim. They will create a crisis just to cash in on it for devilish intentions – and those without balls will chicken out and may even turn around to idolize the one who torments them.

Psychological paralysis as a price for cowardice cannot be wished away. To make things worse, it is used as a tool for suppression and subjugation. The victim is always treated with contempt and disdain, deprived of every right and privileges. Being demoralized and possibly out, he would be giving bait as a way out. Should he fall for it, his case will be closed. Be vigilant and steadfast so as not to eat the food of your enemy. It is better to be hungry and live than to eat and die of food poison.

Retrogression is the price for idiocy done by the majority. Refuse to be intimidated or bought, if you desire to save yourself and others. Learn to live according to your means, and you will triumph over challenges and troubles.

In the land of evil, no one is safe. Where insecurity is the norm, no one is free. While the rich might build walls of defence and protection, the hungry unprotected poor that have nothing to eat would devise a means to feed on them. In our interdependence, nature has a way to always balance the system so something must give way for something else to happen. Every form of distortion has its value.

Complexity of either left or right is the cause of failure seen among states. Complex breeds fear with counterfactual tendencies common in profiling with a high level of distrust

When faced with murderous silence amid anomie created by deceptive acts of turning promises of change into sheepish change of promises, absolute reorientation for proper guidance is necessary to steer the ship. It needs radical consciousness to awaken the people in a skewed state governed by psychopaths that seek and use power for wrong reasons. It needs sacrifice to rescue and liberate the people that are in bondage. We must pay the price to set the captive free and ignite the light of enlightenment and mutual togetherness..

An enlightened soul would rarely be carried away by the politics of hypocrisy with its associated audacious impunity. He will rather see politics as a call to serve – and serve diligently with dedication and honesty.

The primacy of our existence should be to make life meaningful and add value to it. We should endeavour to promote peaceful coexistence and bring out the best in us even in the face of tough challenges. To do this, we should live to encourage and not discourage good work. Learn the art and act of kindness. Engage into healthy competition. Work to make the world a better place.

However, those superintending our society have not provided the right environment for growth and mutual development. Our people abhor radical changes but surround themselves with minions.

The society is pitiable that is in search of direction and when it is ruled by a group of idiots the people become miserable and suffer – and the only way out is through a radical change that comes through radical consciousness with a radical distortion. Ours is a society in search of a direction but good enough, another opportunity is here for us.

Complexity of either left or right is the cause of failure seen among states. Complex breeds fear with counterfactual tendencies common in profiling with a high level of distrust. Every victim of complex will in one way or the other make life difficult for the society and the people either for self-defence or hurtful revenge. When a man discovers that he is not wanted, he becomes hostile and dangerous so the society that promotes division and marginalization is but a keg of gunpowder waiting to explode. The people who erroneously believe that they will thrive by keeping others down will be surprised to find themselves painfully on the ground for what we give, we receive.

What we sow, we reap; what we give, we get. What we condemn, we repel; envy brings about stagnation and lack. The thoughts we nurture or have for others have ways of manifesting in our lives.

It has been proven that people do well when and where they are appreciated, and everyone resists hostility of every form and magnitude. Therefore, society will not be stable if it does not give room for equity and fair play. The people suffer that thrive on divisive sentiments and elevate injustice to a state act.

PRESS RELEASE

LAGOS MOVES TO REDUCE HEARING IMPAIRMENT AMONGST SCHOOL CHILDREN

Provides Pupils with Hearing Aids

…Screens and offers Primary Ear Care to over 1000 Pupils

As part of efforts to reduce hearing impairment amongst school children, particularly pupils with educationally significant hearing loss, the Lagos State Government in collaboration with a non-governmental organisation, Hearmax Initiative, has provided hearing aids; an electronic device designed to improve hearing, to nine primary school pupils.

The pupils who are part of over 1000 school children screened by the Lagos State Ministry of Health during a pilot study on hearing impairment commissioned on the request of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu in selected primary schools in Lagos, were presented with hearing aids after a confirmatory test for varying degrees of hearing loss.

Speaking during the presentation ceremony, the Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi noted that the pilot study on hearing impairment, the screening and eventual presentation of hearing aids to pupils is in recognition of the consequences of hearing impairment amongst school children particularly the negative impact it has on academic performance.

In his words: “Hearing impairment amongst children most often continues undetected and eventually leads to perennial or permanent negative impacts on their academic performance. It is in recognition of the consequences of hearing impairment that the Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Health is collaborating with the Hearmax initiative to provide primary school pupils with hearing aids.

“So what we are doing in Lagos now, under Mr Governor’s instruction, is to set up a pilot study to go into our primary schools and to identify certain primary schools in each local government and screen the children in the school to see if we can pick up any children with hearing impairment.”

The Commissioner explained that the pilot study on hearing impairment amongst pupils of primary schools involved the screening of 1,131 students in selected primary schools for hearing loss, adding that the screening provides an evaluation of the sensitivity of the students’ sense of hearing.

“Out of the 1,131 pupils that were screened, 676 pupils had wax with foreign impaction while 14 pupils passed the confirmatory test for varying degrees of hearing loss, and nine of them were suitable for hearing aids. So we are here presenting the hearing aids to the affected pupils following relevant tests and confirmation of suitability”, Abayomi said.

While noting that good eyesight and hearing are essential for a child to achieve academic potential, the Commissioner noted that the Lagos State Government embarked on the initiative in order to improve the academic performance of pupils with hearing impairment by advancing hearing health amongst school children.

Abayomi stressed the need for hearing and sight impediments to be picked up and corrected early to forestall the negative impact it may have in the life of children particularly in academics and social life.

“If you have a hearing impairment or sight impediment, then if it can be corrected, it needs to be corrected early and quickly, otherwise it will have a long lasting impact on your life. So for children, when they are having a problem with hearing or seeing, it will obviously affect their academic performance. And if they drop back in class or lose confidence in their ability to learn, then it can affect them emotionally for the rest of their lives”, He said.

Speaking in the same vein, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Olusegun Ogboye, noted that the Lagos State Government is poised to reduce the incidences and negative impact of hearing loss amongst citizens by promoting advocacy and awareness on ear and hearing care access.

Ogboye who presented the hearing aids to the affected pupils alongside with the Commissioner congratulated beneficiaries of the aid and their parents advising that they take good care of the device for their own benefit.

The Executive Director, Hearmax initiative, Dr. Ibraheem Salako said his organisation is happy to collaborate with the Lagos State Government to provide succour to the nine pupils. He added that the collaboration aligns with the vision of his organisation to “improve lives, one ear at a time”.

“Hearing loss happens to be a silent disorder which often goes unnoticed in children and may result in long lasting academic, social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Today we are very excited to be a part of this program and today in partnership with the Lagos State government we were able to screen over 1000 children across all local government areas and provide ear caring services for over 600 children”, he said.
